At OdinLake, we are committed to providing high-quality ergonomic office furniture designed for unparalleled comfort and durability. We understand the importance of finding the right fit for your workspace, which is why we offer a return policy tailored to recent changes in shipping costs.
European Market Return Policy
Currently, OdinLake does not support returns from Europe as we do not yet have established return channels in this region.
Once our European overseas warehouse is operational, we will reopen return services for European customers. At that time, the return policy will be identical to our U.S. policy outlined below.
Return Shipping Fees
Please note that we are unable to accept returns outside of our 30 day return window.
Due to increased shipping costs, we now charge different return shipping fees based on the product:
- $100 for models L1, L2
- $50 for models standing desk S1-S6
- $150 for models O1, O2, standing desk S450
- $150 for model O3
If you choose not to use an OdinLake shipping label and return the product by yourself, you will not incur any return shipping fees.
Bulk Orders
For purchases of more than 5 pieces, returns due to non-product quality issues are not supported. We strongly recommend buying one item to try before making a bulk purchase.
Cancellation Fees for Discounted Bulk Orders
For discounted bulk orders, cancellations made before shipment will incur collection fees based on the payment gateway used:
- PayPal: 4.4%
- Credit Card: 3.9%
- ACH: 1%
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customers@odinlake.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Packaging: Please ensure the item is packed in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
Return Shipping: After you’ve contacted us, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Simply attach it to your return package and drop it off at the nearest shipping center.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Return address
Your returns must include all parts except for our reasons.

Due to the nature of our products, once installed they will show signs of use. OdinLake never re-sells returned products, so we are forced to give away or discard them. As a result, we must charge you a wear and tear fee and return shipping costs for the return of your product. We hope you understand that this fee will be determined after the warehouse has opened the box and inspected the product.
There is no difference in quality between promotional products and non-promotional products, only the difference of the promotion discount. In principle, all promotional products are considered to be final once being sold, but we have relaxed our return policy for the sake of your rights and interests. Detailed terms and conditions are below.

Non-promotional orders (pre-sale orders/orders without coupons/orders with store coupons)
1. Due to product defects:
(1)Within 30 days from order signing (including 30 days), full-payment return does. No need to bear the return shipping fee;
2. Due to your personal preference
(1)Within 30 days (including 30 days) from order signing , the return of the full payment is required to bear the return shipping costs. The items must be in like-new conditions with the original packaging.And compensation for wear and tear of up to 30% of the paid amount will be required.
(2)For specific sales and promotion campaigns, please carefully read through our policy to determine whether the participating OdinLake products are eligible for the standard trial and return policy before making any purchase.
Promotional orders (holiday promotional orders/welfare discount orders)
1.Due to product defects:
(1) Up to and including 30 days from order signing, full-payment return does. No need to bear the return shipping fee.
2.Due to your personal preference:
(1)Within 30 days (including 30 days) from order signing, the return of the full payment is required to bear the return shipping costs. The items must be in like-new conditions with the original packaging.And compensation for wear and tear of up to 30% of the paid amount will be required.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want.
